Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Do I have any recourse to get my money back from a private owner who misrepresented a classic car. He is in Minnesota and I am In Ohio.

Probably. I would need more information to say for sure. For instance, how were these representations made? (i.e. over the phone, in writing, etc.). What type of representations? I would need a description (detailed) of exactly what happened.
