Repossession Question
I have two auto loans with same bank. My daughter is supposed to be paying one of them and has not. The loan for my car is always on time. Bank has threatened to repo both cars even though one loan is current. Can they do this?

Yes they can do this if you agreed by contract to do it. Ask for your contract that you signed.
