Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
sold car returned wants reimbursed
sold car to friend, he payed partial. then returned after two months. My insurance and plates still on car, no title change. He wants total refund but I still have 800. vehicle was used for the 2 months. do i have a right to keep the money? no contract.. thanks

Yes...he used the car and that's the fee.
