Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
My son is turning 16 & has saved for a car,If he puts it in his name will that create any problems if he decides to sell befor he is 18.

In Ohio, 16 year olds do not have the capacity to enter into contracts so I doubt that the BMV would let him put it in his name.
