Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
can i sue
I hired a company back in Sept 2005 to assist me with a foreclosure. They were suposed to talk to my lender and come to work out terms. well a year past and after geting excuse after excuse from the company I did it on my own. I wrote theBBB and the company told them a bunch of lies. I contacted the Attorney general and still have heard nothing. I want all the money I paid this company back along with part of the fees that increased due to thier prolonging their job Do I have a case? I have some of the e-mails I sent to the company along with their responses.
