Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
I am taking a man who owns a company to small claims court. he has placed his companies trucks and hous in his girlfriends name . can I put sue her as well.

In Ohio, there is something called the fraudulent conveyance act. It gives remedies to those suing people who transfer assets to avoid paying for their wrongs. If you have sued the corporation, the corporation is still a defendant, regardless of who owns it.
