Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Television warranty repair laws?
I purchased a HDTV for over three thousand dollars and it only worked for twelve days. I purchased the tv on Sept. 9 and rcieved it Sept. 18. It has been well over a month now and the manufacturer certified repair man has tried to fix the tv three times and failed. I have called the manufacturer numerous times and sent a letter. It has been over a month now and I still get no response. What can I do?

It may be time to contact an attorney to discuss filing suit. One can contact the better business bureau or the Attorney General of Ohio's office
