I had a tennis bracelet repaired at Macys and they damaged it can I sue for the damage?

If you can establish the condition of the bracelet before and after you took it in, and show the damages to it, then you can get actual damages. Further, under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, you may have a cause of action if you can show lack of appropriate workmanship. If you prevail upon that claim, the Ohio CSPA allows for recovery of attorneys fees.
