Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Terminating new car purchase
I signed a contract to purchase a new car while on vacation in Ohio and made a $2000 down payment. The car I agreed on was one that had not arived at the dealers yet so I do not have possession of it at this time. I have had second thoughts about it and want to know if I can cancel the purchase and get my deposit back.
