Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Validity of car lease contract?
My sister-in-law went to a car dealership yesterday in a very emotionally unbalanced state. She was bullied into leasing a new vehicle. We attempted to to contact the sales manager today to explain the situation (her mental instability which should have been apparent to the salesperson) and he refused to void the contract. How should we proceed?

You have three days (business days) to rescind the contract by Ohio law. Make sure you have a record of your efforts to do so. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions (no charge). Best regards, Edward diCato
