Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Verbal agreement to see car
My husband made a handshake deal with a buyer for them to purchase our used vehicle. Nothing written nor any money has changed hands yet. He now regrets the decision to sell this vehicle. Can he back out of the verbal agreement and handshake deal and refuse to sell the vehicle? Thanks.

Even with no written agreement, it still comes down to evidence. For example, how many people witnessed the deal?
