Back child support

I had a child support order for the past 14 years. I have completed my obligations but the Cuyahoga County Child Support over paid my 'ex' by $865.00. CSEA (Child Support Enforcement Agency) sent me a letter stating that they overpaid my 'ex' but I would have to recover the money myself. I have contacted her about repayment, but she will not talk to me. She lives in Mansfield Ohio and I live in Rochestr,NY

What should I do?

Re: Back child support

I would commence a small claims action against your ex-spouse in Ohio. The New York court will not have jurisdiction.
