Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
My last boyfriend took me out to dinner for my birthday and paid for it. Then a few weeks later he broke up with me, now he's threatening to call the cops unless I refund the dinner. Do I legally have to pay him back?

In Ohio a gift (like a birthday dinner) becomes the property of the recipient and cannot be unilaterally revoked by the gift giver.
