Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

capital one had judgement against me for 700.00 Reading the docket online says I owe 40,012.00 in accrued interest. Is this possible??

Doesn't look right. The docket, however, is not the official word of the court. That is some clerk typing the information in to give online users some idea of what is going on in the case. You will want to pull the actual judgment entry showing what you owe and that will be the proper figure.
