Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
There is a civil judgement in a local county common pleas court against me from 2007. On my credit report it says it will go off the report june of this year. But my employer is questioning me about it. In June of 2014 when it goes off my report will I have any more responsibility from there? Can they get a wage garnishment even though it's this late? It's ~9,200

In Ohio, whether a judgment drops off your credit report has no relationship to whether or not it is collectible via garnishment proceedings through a court.
