how do i write a response to a civil summons against me.

You much either admit or deny each and every allegation contained in each numbered paragraph of the Complaint. You must then assert any affirmative defenses or counterclaims that you have against the Plaintiff in separate number paragraphs. Please contact me if I may be of further service.
