Collecting a judgement against a corporation
I have just received a judgement in my favor for $3,000.00 against
an Ohio corporation. What is the most efficient route for me to take

It depends on how you wish to collect the judgment either by attaching assets, bank accounts of future earnings. Please call my office at 614-895-2395 because I need additional information from you before I can answer your question correctly.

Check with the county auditor in the county where ther corp. is located, and see if there is any real property owned by the corp. that you can attach the judgment to.
