Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
Got a computer as a gift, the person that bought it stopped paying. Now company
I was given a computer for a gift. The man that ordered the computer and was making the payments, stopped paying on it. Now the company that he was purchasing it from wants me to make the final payments or return the computer. Is this legal? Is it responsibility or the man that ordered the computer?

Absolutely. He can't properly own it and gift it until he finishes making the payments. As such, the dealer still has ownership of it, and can go through proper channels to reacquire it.
