Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
I cosigned for a car for my son and of course he faultered on the payments so the car became repoed. How or can I get out of this debt my credit is already destroyed.

You need to contact the creditor and attempt to work out a payment plan with them. Also, you can sue your son for the fact that he did not pay for the car like he was supposed to. Your credit is not destroyed because of this. I would be happy to represent you in this process.
