If I have credit card debt and own a car outright, can the companies put a lien on my car or repo it?

The first thing they would have to do is sue you and get a judgement. Then they could come after you bank account, car, wages, etc...in order to satisfy the judgement.
Have you tried to negotiate the debt down with the credit card company? I would be able to assist you with this if you would like my help. Sometimes you just need an attorney to deal with these people.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks and have a great day.
