Foreclosure

My house went through foreclosure. Bank bought at Sheriff sale for $60k - owed $92K. Realty co will put on market soon. What can mortg co due about the 32K difference? Liens, etc.

You are liable for the arrearage. You may want to file for bankruptcy to get rid of the arrearage. Good luck and contact a bankruptcy atty.
