Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

What could happen if you are authorized to use a debit card as a Treasurer of a club and make personal purchases? Yet you always take money from you account to pay back the amount you used because you don't have a debit card?

Do you have permission to do it? If not, you are breaching your fiduciary duty to your organization; however, I am not sure what the damage would be (other than punitive damages). It could also be criminal theft depending on what your intent is at the time you use the card for your personal purchases, how long it takes you to pay it back, whether you have permission to do that, whether you actually paid back every cent, etc.

Of course, you could always be removed as the Treasurer for this sort of conduct, as well, if it is not allowed by the club.
