Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
Can Hospital collection agencies take you to court if you are paying on the bill every month. We are paying its just not the amount they want us to pay.

Yes, the owner of a debt can file a collections action against you if you are not paying as agreed. If you cannot resolve the matter, you always have the option of declaring bankruptcy and the automatic stay prevents or halts any collections actions.
