Am I Judgement proof?

I received a notice that I am going to be taken to small claims court for a medical debt under $2,000. I am married with 4 children and only make $32,000 we rent have only 1 vehicle in our name which is worth $600.00 We have no savings and 2 Ira's one worth $1200 and $3000. Do you think the judge will grant a judgemnt?

Whether or not the plaintiff can obtain a judgment against you depends on whether or not you are found to owe the money. Your ability to pay or lack of it means absolutely nothing as to your liability.
