Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

We have a very large hospital bill. Over $380,000.00 and no insurance and on unemployement and a pension my husband splits with his ex-wife. We have no way to pay this bill. If my husband and I die would all we own be sold to pay for this bill and our son inherit nothing or does the bill die with us?

The amount of all we own may come to $80,000.00 but I doubt it. The house needs a roof, the furnace blew up a year ago and all the plumbing leaks.

Thanks for your help.
