If a large truck delivering sand gets stuck on my property due to driver error, am I responsible to pay to get him out?

In Ohio, unless you negligently created some sort of unnatural condition which caused the truck to get caught and/or damaged, then I don't see any basis (given the facts you have related in your question thus far) for any claims against you for the truck getting stuck.
