Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Lawyers are trying to collect a credit card debt. My only income is social security disability. They are being nasty and I thought my disability could not be garnished. When I told them that they said I will be sued. Can they do that and garnish my income? I have to take 12 medications to stay alive and can barely afford to live as it is.

I am sorry about your situation. Before they sue you what you should do is contact an attorney to talk to them. There is a good chance that a reasonable settlement could be reached. That way you do not get sued and they get their money.

Please contact me for a free consultation. I would love to help and have a lot of experience dealing with credit card companies. Please email me at either [email protected] or [email protected].

If you decide to hire me my fees are extremely reasonable and due to your situation I will not overcharge you. It is likely that a settlement can be done over the phone or through the mail

Thanks and have a great day.
