Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
I live in the state of ohio, canI cancel a contract for a travel trailer within 3 days?

Without seeing the contract of sale between you and the seller, there is no way for me to tell if you have a three day right to cancel. Generally however, the only three day right to cancel that I know of existing under the law (outside of any contractual provisions as mentioned above) arises out of Ohio's Home Sales Solicitation Act (the HSSA) which states that if the seller comes to your home and you enter into a contract to purchase consumer goods (i.e. things not for your business), then you have three days to rescind the deal.
But if you went to the dealership to purchase the travel trailer, or if the travel trailer was for your business rather than your personal needs, then the HSSA would not apply.
