Motorcycle repossess

My husband signed over the title to his motorcycle to my brother on the day they signed a payment agreement and had it notarized. My brother has only paid half of what he owes and is not returning any phone calls or e-mails. What are our rights?

You have to sue him for the remaining amount owed.
