Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
I ordered a product off of Ioffer.com, which I now know is not a legitimate site, and I received the product I ordered after paying the vendor 99$ through pay-pal. I now have the police calling me saying I commited credit card fraud by ordering this product to my home with a stolen credit. So I think this vendor took my money through pay pal and used someone else's credit card to send me my product. How can I fix this, the police are telling me they are going to come arrest me at my place of employment and I don't know what to do. please help

Have you explained to the police that you gave them your credit card number but they used someone else's card? If so, I am not sure that the charges against you will be very successful.
