I received a NOTICE OF COURT PROCEEDING TO COLLECT DEBT. What happens after I fill out the Payment to Avoid Garnishment ?

If you filled out the Payment to Avoid Garnishment and submitted it with the corresponding payment (if any) to the creditor, the creditor must resubmit another Notice to you before filing a garnishment action with the court. You are basically voluntarily garnishing yourself by sending in the money to the creditor.
