I am retired and receive an employee pension . Can my pension be garnished by credit card companies or their representatives in the state of Ohio?

Generally, pension benefits are not subject to garnishment. However, if there is mixing of pension benefits and other money in a checking account, the court might garnish the account. You should consult with a local attorney if you are sued or if there is a judgment against you.
