can i sell my estate
can i sell my home which is paid off and my cars,to my family ,so debt collectors can not put a lein on them? thank you for your vauble time.

YES, YOU CAN SELL YOUR ESTATE TO FAMILY, HOWEVER, A CREDITOR WILL PROBABLY LOOK PAST THIS TRANSACTION AND CLAIM THAT IT IS A FRAUDULENT TRANSFER. IF YOU SELL YOUR ASSETS, IT SHOULD BE AN ARMS LENGTH TRANSACTION. AT THAT POINT YOU WILL HAVE CASH WHICH IS EASIER TO ATTACH THAN THE OTHER ASSETS. THEREFORE, WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED.
