SOL Question for Credit Cards
I live in Ohio and would like to know what the SOL is for Credit Cards/Visa/Mastercard for this state.
Are they Written Contracts or Open-ended Accounts?
Also, will need to speak to an attorney in my area about financial legal help.
Thanks

Re: SOL Question for Credit Cards
The Ohio Revised Code does not specifically mentioned credit cards when dealling with statutes of Limitations, but I believe the correct statute is 4 years for an open account, with each new payment making a new period.
