Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio
We sold a mobile home to a girl and now she won't pay her monthly payments to us, we have a contract she signed, which if she had went by it would have been paid by now. I am not sure what steps we can take, and if it involves going to court can we make her pay court cost?

Since you have a written contract you do have a strong chance of winning. You need to take her to court if she will not pay. Until you do that it is unlikely that you will get anything from her. If you win you can make her pay court costs.
I suggest you retain an attorney to pursue this and I would be happy to represent you.
