statue of limitations for debt

how long is the statue of limitations for a debt being able to get collected in cincinnati ohio. someone is saying the are going to garnish my wages for something that was opened in 1999 and they said no payment was made after 2002 can they garnish my wages?

The SOL on a written contract is 15 years. Your wages can be ganished if they get a judgment against you.
