Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I had a suit filed in court against me for a hospital bill. I responded to their attorney in the 3 days specified. He had 28 days to respond to me. It has been over 2 months and I have not been contacted. What do I do now?

Contact the Clerk of Courts office for the court in which the lawsuit is filed for an update. I strongly advise you to retain legal counsel, should you be able to afford it.
