Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
4 Gun charges,2x Rape, GSI, Disrupting public service,AGG. Robbery,2x Fel. Assul
My husband is charged with 2 cases case 1:AGG ROBB W/FRM,FEL ASSAULT W/FRM,FEL ASSAULT W/FRM,ATT MURDER W/FRM,Case 2:RAPE,RAPE,GROSS SEXUAL IMPOSITION&DISRUPTING PUBLIC SERVICE. The first case is really just a blown up fight, the second an ex who is upset with me & him being together. I have tried getting a hold of his lawyer but no response, all I want to know is in Ohio how much time do all of these charges carry.

If you add up the numbers it's at least 50 years... Unlikely that any judge would do that but he is in extremely serious trouble. Who is the judge?
