Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i have 2 misdemeanor assaults on my record. I know you can have one expunged if you only have one on your record but isnt this decision ultimately up to the judge in that county or city?

No. The statute is clear about what can and can't be expunged. You would be wasting your time and money.
