Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
1st is the age fo consent still 16 yrs of age for ohio?
2nd assuming that it is consentual and the age of consent is 16, then is it legal for a 16 or 17 yr old to have intercourse with someone who is 18 yrs of age or older?
