4th degree misd. for domestic violence
is it possible t have my record cleared of a 4th degree mis. of domestic violence that happened between my brother and I?

You cannot expunge crimes that are termed "crimes of violence" anymore. This happened in Ohio about 5 years ago. So no, it cannot be expunged.
