Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My 16 year old daughter has been in contact with man in his 20's. The age of consent is 16 but she's still a minor. Do I have legal recourse to keep them from talking or seeing each other?

If he is doing anything to cause her to be "delinquent"(providing her alcohol, cigarettes, drugs etc., or keeping her out past curfew) you could file a complaint against him with the police and he could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
