Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If a 10 year old little girl is accused of assult. How can the system make her get a mugshot and fingerprinted when all they hear is one side of the story, it never went to court yet and she was never convicted? All they have is a moms police report.

Mugshots are done when on is arrested and it does not matter if they are later convicted or not.
