Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Im a 17 year old high school senior who was walking home from a party and urinated on the backsteps of the persons house. the neighbor notified the police who pulled me over a few blocks later. The police had no evidence of my public urination and handcuffed me and questioned me. They also smelled beer on my breath and without a breathlyzer test wrote tickets for public intoxication and underage consumption. i was wondering if i could be charged with these crimes without any hard evidence to support the police claims?

You can be charged for this crimes but there is much more that the prosecutor has to do before they can prove that you actually committed these offenses. You do not want to plead guilty and you definitely want to fight this in court.

I would be happy to represent you in this.
