Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
15 year to life What does it mean
I've seen the punishment given as to 15 years to life or 25 years to life, what does that mean, how is that different from just life in prison. Thanks
Robert

Re: 15 year to life What does it mean
15 to life means that the person has a chance of getting out after he has served 15 years (with some adjustments) As opposed to someone who is given a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
