Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My 30 year old neighbor has been taunting my 8 year old daughter behind my back. She sticks her tongue out at her, flips her off, tells the other kids not to play with her, and called her crazy and schizophrenic because my daughter takes ADHD medication. Is there anything I can do to keep her from mentally abusing her - my daughter is distraught over this and cries everytime this happens. Thank you

You may have a claim against this woman for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
However, you have to show that your daughter has emotional distress from this incident. Plus, this has to be severe and crying is not always sufficient. Does this woman know that your daughter is on ADHD medication?
