Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I am 20 years old and a first time offender with a clean recorded. I am being charged with prohibitions, a misdemeanor of the first degree; misrepresentation by a person under 21, a misdemeanor of the first degree; obstructing official business, a misdemeanor in the second degree in the state of Ohio. Just wondering what my options are and likely outcomes.

Most municipal courts have diversion programs that can avoid a conviction. You can call me directly to give me the facts that led to these charges, and I will be able to give you a little bit more info. First offenders in municipal courts are usually treated rather softly, by either having charges dropped or changed to better charges like disorderly conduct.
