Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My 17 y/o, who works at a retail store, was caught giving out free merchandise to his friends by store security. They "interviewed" him for about 2 hours, getting him to write out a confession. Can they legally do that without one of us, his parents, there with him?

They can do that since he is an employee. What types of questions did they ask him? Did they threaten him in any way?
Feel free to contact me at either [email protected] or [email protected]. I am happy to help in any way that I can.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
