Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Accompice to murder laws

I have a friend, Dave, who was leaving a bar and his friends dared him to go sit in someone random guys car. The guy got and the car and swung at one the darers. He missed and then the kid swung back and knocked him out. Then, another kid got on top of him and hit him twice. The next day the guy died. I was wondering what could my friend, Dave be looking at legally.
