Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I am wondering if it is legal for a husband and wife to be paid by someone who wants to watch them have sex.the person paying does not get involved or touch only able to watch. I want to be sure that we are not breaking any laws. there will be no physical contact between the person paying and the couple. I have not attempted to start this with out consultant an attorney for safety reasons

There are several issues that need to be addressed in order to respond to your question. First, the prostitution laws make it illegal to "compel another to engage in sexual activity for hire." Under your fact pattern, it does not sound like anyone is being compelled, so that statute likely would not apply. It is also illegal in Ohio to "induce or procure another to engage in sexual activity for hire" if that act violates the statute.

Even if the action did not violate the prostitution laws, it may violate the zoning laws, depending upon where the activity took place.

It may be possible to do what you describe and not violate the law, but there are simply too many issues to address them in this type of posting. If you are serious about trying to do this legally then you should schedule an appointment with an attorney.
